Diffusers are round vents that disperse air evenly at 360 degrees. They come in varying sizes which depend on room size and number of litres per second air must enter the room the cool or heat.
How do I control my Ducted Split System Air Conditioner?
Ducted Split System Air Conditioners are controlled by a wall controller which is placed strategically in the house for optimum temperature control and ease of use.

A constant is a zone that used to pour excess air into to prevent an overload of air within the duct work.
Why do I need a Return Air Grill?
A return air grill is part of the return air system for the ducted split system air conditioner. It is placed strategically in the home to suck air back into the fan coil unit (indoor unit) to push cool or heated air throughout the duct. Without airflow the ducted split system will not work efficiently.
When should I clean my filter?
Your filter must be cleaned between 3-4 months. Sooner if the environment in which the air conditioner is installed in is dirty regularly.
Do I have a warranty with my Ducted Split System Air Conditioner?
